
To heal, we must be mindful of our internal dialogue and ensure our words align with our healing goals. Words hold great power, and the frequency of our thoughts propels the emotions, or "e-motion," energy in motion. Changing our internal dialogue isn't always straightforward, as it's often like an old TV set playing in the subconscious without our conscious awareness. How can we alter this outdated programming in our daily lives? It's simple: pay attention to your words and engage in the "Catch & Release" game while speaking. If you notice yourself saying something counterproductive to your new way of being, catch the negative word or phrase by using your conscious awareness to observe each interaction. Pause with gentle awareness, without judgment, rephrase it to better align with your desires, and let go of the "old story." Embrace your healing and desires as if they're already happening now, shifting your frequency to positive abundance and inner wisdom.
